Clothing Return Policy
Unworn clothes may be returned for a different size or store credit only. Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges for exchanges and returns.

Vinyl Return Policy
All sealed vinyl may not be returned for any reason. Purchaser understands and acknowledges that Fresh Crate is not responsible for the quality of any sealed vinyl. All vinyl sales are sold as-is and final.

CD Return Policy
CDs may be returned for an exchange of the product if the CD is defective. Purchaser will be responsible for shipping the defective product back to Fresh Crate. If Fresh Crate determines that the CD is defective, a replacement CD will be mailed at no additional charge.
