I picked up some CDS from Adeem when Glue played a show in North San Diego. I was able to pickup Maker vinyl also. The CD has live performance video on it as well. I must say Glue put on a dope show. What I love about this group is how they all seem to vibe off each other perfectly. Each member is dope at their own craft and putting them all together just sounds like the perfect combination. I love the way that DQ cuts on the tracks, super clean. There seems to be a lot of cutting incorporated on the tracks. Maker brings it on the beat as usual. DQ gets down on the beats as well. I would describe the CD as sounding a little like something that would come out of the Anticon head nod camp. There seems to be sprinkles of a rock sound, but I would NOT put this album in the rock/rap category at all. My favorites by far are tracks 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 15.
